We currently deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). International shipping is not available at this time.
Estimated delivery times begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also check the status of your order from your account dashboard under the Orders section.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@dabspouch.com and we'll resolve it promptly.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout.
