Our Guarantee

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we offer a straightforward 7-day return policy so you can shop with confidence.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Returned within 7 days of delivery
• In its original, unused condition
• In the original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Return

Contact us — Email hello@dabspouch.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with a return authorization.

Ship the item — Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Receive your refund — Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or model, follow the same return process above. Once we receive the original item, we'll ship the replacement at no extra cost (subject to availability).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
